Sofia and Santiago's family are currently living in Los Angeles, California. Their
paternal grandparents live in East Hollywood and maternal grandparents live 135 miles
east of L.A. in Indio, California.

They are half-Guatemalan half-Mexican and are of Spanish and German descent. Most of
their family are from Guatemala City and Coban in Alta Verapaz (land of Kekchi Mayas),
Guatemala; and Lagunillas and Acuitzio del Canje in Michoacan (land of Purépecha
natives), Mexico.

Their German roots are in Wasserburg am Bodensee.

We are trying to trace their lineage as far as possible and include the names of those
who have been forgotten and are far away, passed away, and are alive and well.
